Personalized videos
Videos are delivered digitally within 7 days of your order. Video-only orders have no shipping charge.
Paw-print birthday cards
The optional birthday card is signed on video and mailed separately. U.S. card shipping is $4.39. International shipping is calculated at checkout where service is available. Postal transit time is additional to production time and varies by destination; please allow extra time for a date-sensitive gift.
Delivery details
Please check the recipient’s mailing address and your email address before placing an order. Contact boop@shortspinemeemers.com promptly if something needs correcting. If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will contact you with the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund as applicable.
Cancellations
You may cancel a personalized order for a refund before production starts. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellations or returns are not accepted because the greeting and card are made specifically for you.
Mistakes, damage, or missing deliveries
If we make a mistake in your personalized greeting, or your card arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include a photo of damage if available. We will work with you to correct the problem, arrange a replacement, or provide an appropriate refund when a correction or replacement is not possible. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
