Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. A personalized 30–60-second video is $50. The optional paw-print birthday card adds $25, plus shipping. The checkout shows the amount payable, including any applicable shipping and tax. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Personalized videos and cards
Your video is delivered digitally within 7 days of your order. The optional birthday card is paw-signed during the video and mailed separately. Postal transit time is additional and varies by destination. Please provide the recipient’s name, occasion, and requested message, and only share information you have permission to provide.
Shipping, cancellations, and problems
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains shipping charges, cancellation before production starts, and help with mistakes, damage, or missing deliveries. Personalized orders cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Our clothing shop at meemers.dashery.com has a separate checkout. Dashery’s terms and the information provided with those orders apply to purchases made there.
